Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. flour, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease and flour bread pan.
In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda with fork.
"Cut" in shortening (like when making pie).
"With fork" stir in bananas and eggs just until blended; spread in pan.
(Also stir in nuts, if desired.) Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool about 10 minutes and remove from pan.
