Banana Bread

Heat oven to 350°.
Oil an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan lightly. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add bananas, milk, Puritan oil and egg whites. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
