Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3), 3/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 325Β°.
Grease loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x
1/2-inch) with shortening.
Mix sugar, bananas, oil and large bowl with a wooden spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pan.
Bake until a wooden pick inserted center clean, 60 to 70 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes, then loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove from pan.
Let cool completely before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
