Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 34 minutes. Made with egg, c. sour cream, c. honey, c. ripe bananas (mashed) and c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large bowl, beat egg until light colored.
Add sour cream, honey and vanilla.
Beat again.
Mash bananas with potato masher or a fork; add to egg mixture.
Add nuts.
Sift together remaining dry ingredients.
Combine with banana mixture and blend lightly. Pour batter into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° about 1 hour, until browned.
Cool before slicing.
