Banana Bread
Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 2 large or 3 small bananas (overripe), mashed and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl with a mixer for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Stir in bananas, flour, salt and soda; mix well.
Add sour cream and nuts.
Stir until well mixed. Pour batter into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour. Check by inserting a toothpick in the center.
When it comes out dry, cake is done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
