Banana Bars
Banana Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened and 2/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In large mixer bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
Beat in bananas and egg.
Gradually beat in dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate mini morsels.
Spread in greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake in 350Β° preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely in pan on rack.
Cut into bars or squares.
