Baked Squash
Baked Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. medium size yellow squash, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. bread crumbs, plus additional crumbs for topping, 1 stick butter or margarine and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut tips off squash and cut each squash into 3 to 4 pieces. Drop squash into large saucepan with enough boiling water to cover.
Return to boil.
Reduce heat and cook until tender. Drain in colander and mash.
