Baked Seafood And Rice is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. uncle ben's converted rice, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 3 green onions, finely chopped and 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook rice as directed on package.
Saute celery, pepper and onions.
Combine all ingredients except cheese.
Put in greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for about 30 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
