Baked Rice Pudding

In saucepan, bring milk, rice and raisins to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer over low heat about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Remove from heat; stir in margarine/butter until melted.
Combine nonfat dry milk powder, sugar and salt.
Stir in water and vanilla, mixing until powdered milk dissolves.
Stir in beaten eggs.
