Baked Rhubarb Crunch
Baked Rhubarb Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fresh rhubarb, diced, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1 c. brown sugar, packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan, thoroughly mix the rhubarb, 1/2 cup sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Combine brown sugar, flour, oats and salt in a bowl.
Cut in the butter and sprinkle on top of the rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes until crisp and nicely browned.
