Baked Red Snapper Fillets is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 red snapper or other firm fleshed fish fillets, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sour cream and dill sauce and 2 tbsp. chopped chives or green onions for garnish (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Lightly dust with flour. Shake off excess.
Place in single layer in lightly greased shallow casserole.
Cover completely with sauce.
