Baked Potato Shells
Baked Potato Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 2 c. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 5 c. instant mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bring water to boil in large saucepan.
Add butter, salt and milk.
Remove from heat.
Add instant mashed potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder and chives.
Mix well.
Fill aluminum foil potato shells.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top or if preferred, paprika.
Place shells on cookie sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350Β° (the shells freeze very well).
Bakes 14 shells.
