Tenderize steak.
Peel potatoes. Rub salt on potatoes.
Cut steak into pieces to fit around potatoes.
Wrap and pin with toothpicks.
Roll in flour and brown in fat.
Place in greased casserole dish and bake in slow oven (325Β°) for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
May baste with hot water during baking to prevent steak from drying.
Good with brown gravy.
