Baked Potato Casserole
Baked Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. bag of potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced, 3/4 lb. american cheese, sliced into strips, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 lb. partially fried bacon, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine all ingredients except olives and bacon.
Place in 9 x 13 inch baking casserole dish.
Top with bacon and olives.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Serves 12. This is a great dish to take to a potluck or for a crowd.
