Baked Potato And Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. In a buttered oblong baking dish, place 1/3 of the potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle with salt.
Dot with 1/3 of the lemon juice. Repeat twice.
Melt 4 tablespoons butter and toss with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Top with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking until top is lightly browned.
