Made with 3 fresh pears, halved, cored and pared, 1 c. canned unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 tsp. noncalorie liquid sweetener, 1/4 tsp. ginger and 2 tbsp. dietetic red-raspberry preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°. Arrange pears in 2 quart casserole. In small saucepan, heat pineapple juice, sweetener and ginger to boiling.
