Baked Parmesan Potatoes
Baked Parmesan Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 large potatoes, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Peel potatoes and cut into quarters (lengthwise).
Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a Ziploc bag.
Moisten potatoes with water. Shake a few at a time in the bag, coating potatoes well with cheese mixture.
Melt 1/4 cup margarine in a
13 x 9-inch pan.
Place coated potatoes in a single layer.
Bake at 375Β° for about 1 hour, turning once during baking.
