Baked Onion Rings
Baked Onion Rings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large onions, 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Slice onions 1/4-inch thick. Separate into rings and soak in cold salted water about 30 minutes. Drain and dry on paper towels. Melt butter or margarine and combine with crumbs and seasonings. Mix egg with cold water and beat well. Dip onion rings in prepared crumbs, in egg and again in crumbs.
Arrange on greased baking dish and dot with a little extra butter.
Cover and bake in hot oven 10 minutes.
Uncover and bake about 20 minutes until crisp and brown.
Serve immediately.
