Baked Omelet
Baked Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 14 medium eggs, well beaten (less large eggs), 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella, 1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion and 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt or regular salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix eggs, milk, cheese, salt and onion well.
Add cooled sausage (or uncooked links or ham).
Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes (glass dish at 325° for 40 minutes).
Serves 12.
