Baked Mustard Chicken
Baked Mustard Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 1/4 c. spicy brown mustard (dijon), 1/2 c. italian flavored bread crumbs, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brush chicken with mustard and dredge in bread crumbs.
Place in a baking dish.
Combine butter, lemon juice and water; drizzle 1 tablespoon over each piece of chicken and pour remainder in dish.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Serves 2 or 4.
