Baked Herbed Potatoes
Baked Herbed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. dried basil or thyme leaves, crumbled, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 2 large baking potatoes, scrubbed and 2 tsp. each lemon juice and melted margarine, mixed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix cheese, basil and pepper.
Halve potatoes lengthwise. Brush cut surface with lemon mixture, then dip into cheese mixture.
Place coated side down in a spoke pattern on a glass pie plate.
Microwave on High 14 to 16 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn once.
Let stand 2 minutes.
