Baked Green Rice
Baked Green Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. uncooked rice, 8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and 1/2 c. chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rice according to directions; set aside.
Lightly grease 9 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Combine rice, cheese, chilies, onions and parsley; mix.
Melt margarine.
Beat eggs and combine with milk and margarine.
Mix with rice mixture.
Spoon into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
