Baked Fish
Baked Fish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
In medium skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
Mix in cornstarch.
Add tomatoes and their juice; mix until well blended.
Cook over medium-high heat until sauce thickens.
Stir in olives and chili pepper. Spoon half the sauce into a baking pan large enough to hold the fillets in one layer.
Place fish over sauce; sprinkle with lemon juice (salt optional).
Cover with remaining sauce; bake for 10 minutes, or until fillets flake easily.
