Stir in milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Place a 1-quart casserole in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in oven.

Pour boiling water in pan to depth of 1 inch.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 60 minutes, or for 30 to 40 minutes in cups.
