Baked Custard
Baked Custard is an easy dinner. Made with 3 slightly beaten eggs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. skim milk, scalded, 1/2 to 1 tsp. vanilla and non-caloric liquid sweetener equal to 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine eggs and salt.
Slowly stir in slightly cooled milk, vanilla and sweetener.
Set six 6-ounce custard cups in shallow pan on oven rack.
Pour hot water 1 inch deep around them.
Pour custard in.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
