Baked Creamed Potatoes
Baked Creamed Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with approximately 8 to 10 medium to large potatoes, 1/2 stick margarine, softened, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 pt. sour cream and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Peel, dice and boil potatoes until tender.
Mash potatoes, then add margarine, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 400Β° until lightly brown.
