Grate corn off cob.
Add egg yolks to milk and blend.
Whip whites of eggs until stiff.
Blend grated corn, egg and milk, salt and flour.
Fold in egg whites.
Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
