Baked Chicken
Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium chicken breasts, skin removed, 2/3 c. cream, 4 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 tsp. garlic cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Place chicken in tightly covered baking dish.
Combine 3/4 cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and seasoned salt; mix well. Pour over chicken and cover.
Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
Put flour in plastic bag.
Put chicken in and coat well.
In bowl, beat 2 large eggs with 1/2 cup cream.
In another bowl put corn flake crumbs with garlic and basil.
Melt butter in large casserole dish. Take chicken from flour; coat well in eggs and roll in corn flake crumbs.
Place chicken in casserole dish; cover and bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes.
Remove; cover chicken with onion and bell pepper. Add 1 cup water and cover; cook 20 minutes more.
