Baked Cheese Grits
Baked Cheese Grits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. grits, 4 1/2 c. water, 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. longhorn cheese or velveeta cheese and 1/4 lb. butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook the grits and water slowly until the mixture thickens. While hot, add the grated Cheddar cheese, Longhorn or Velveeta cheese, butter or oleo, seasoning salt (Lawry's or Beau Monde), salt, eggs and Tabasco sauce.
Mix together and bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole at 250Β° for
1 hour. Serves 12 to 16.
