Baked Beef Stew
Baked Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained, 1 c. water, 3 tbsp. quick-cooking tapioca, 2 tsp. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, water, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch or 3 qt. baking dish.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 3/4 to 2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
Serve in bowls.
