Baked Beef Stew
Baked Beef Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. stew meat, cut in small pieces, 1 c. onion, 1 c. celery, 1 c. carrots and 1 c. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place all except potatoes in a pan and cover tightly. (Casserole may be used).
Bake in oven at 250Β°.
Quarter one cup of potatoes and add about 1 1/2 hours before done.
Serve when potatoes are done.
About halfway through cooking time, remove cover and stir, return to oven.
