Baked Beans
Baked Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pea beans, 1/2 lb. lean salt pork, 3/4 c. white sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Wash beans and soak overnight.
Rinse beans again and place in a baking dish, covering with water.
Stir in sugar, salt and pepper.
Cut salt pork into 4 pieces and place on top of beans. Bake beans at 350Β° for approximately 4 hours.
Check beans periodically, stirring and adding water as needed.
