Baked Bean Casserole
Baked Bean Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sliced, peeled onions, 2 tbsp. salad or olive oil, 4 c. canned baked beans, drained, 1 small can deviled ham (optional) and 1 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 400°.
Saute onions tender in oil in skillet. Combine beans, (deviled ham) and prepared mustard.
Arrange half of the mixture in 2-quart casserole dish.
Place half of the onions and tomatoes (sliced) over the beans.
Sprinkle with half of the salt and sugar.
Repeat, using rest of ingredients.
Cover and bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
