Baked Bass
Baked Bass is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with bass of 2 or 3 smaller ones (to fit your roaster), lemon juice, salt, flour (i use pancake flour) and stuffing (seasoned as you wish and using hot water instead of broth), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Season inside of fish with lemon juice and salt.
Flour both sides and brown in shortening in heavy roaster.
Prepare your favorite stuffing recipe and stuff fish.
Any extra stuffing, place around fish.
Bake at 350Β° for about an hour or until fish and stuffing are done, removing lid the last 15 minutes of baking.
