Baked Apple French Toast
Baked Apple French Toast is an moderately easy dinner. Mix brown sugar, melted butter and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Mix apples and blueberries with mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put bread on top.
Mix eggs, vanilla, milk and rest of cinnamon.
Pour on top and soak bread; let sit 4 to 24 hours.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
