Baked Acorn Squash
Baked Acorn Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium size squash, honey, butter, nutmeg and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Pierce squash a few times and cook in microwave for 5 minutes on High (or until squash is slightly softened).
Remove and let cool until you can handle without burning hands.
Cut squash lengthwise in half and scrape out seeds.
Put 2 to 3 pats butter on each piece; drizzle well with honey and sprinkle with a little cinnamon and nutmeg.
Place both halves in shallow baking dish, skin side down.
Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 2.
