Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 fresh large mushrooms, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. finely chopped yellow onion, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/3 c. finely chopped fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Soften cream cheese. Wipe mushrooms with wet towel or cloth to cleanse.
Remove stems and chop. Blend cream cheese, salt, garlic, onion, soy sauce, half of the bacon and mushroom stems until creamy.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and place in shallow pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining bacon and parsley. Serve immediately.
