Dice bacon and fry lightly.
Take out of grease.
Drain bacon bits.
Let grease cool in pan.
Mix vinegar, water and sugar. Then beat egg with fork in a second small bowl.
Stir liquid mixture into the egg mixture slowly!
Slowly add this mixture to the grease, stirring over low heat until well blended.
Then add bacon and heat all.
If not thick enough, add a small amount of cornstarch.
