Bacon-Cheese Quiche Squares
Bacon-Cheese Quiche Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, beaten and 1 tbsp. minced onion or 1/4 c. chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Separate crescent rolls into two rectangles.
Place in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Press over bottom and 1/4-inch up sides of pan to form crust. Seal perforations.
Sprinkle cheeses over dough. Combine egg, onion, milk, olives and mushroom pieces. Pour over cheeses. Sprinkle with bacon bits and parsley. Bake at 357Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares. Recipe is easily doubled and baked on cookie sheet.
