Bacon And Garlic Saute is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, 3/4 lb. bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips, 3 medium cloves garlic, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped and grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt 1 tablespoon butter over moderate heat.
Add the bacon; saute until crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain.
Add the remaining butter, garlic and parsley.
When the butter is melted, saute garlic and parsley for about 1 minute more.
This is great over cooked pasta or boiled, diced potatoes.
