Babka (Noodle Pudding)
Babka (Noodle Pudding) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. egg noodles or spaghetti, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 10 eggs, 3/4 c. milk and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until almost done; drain.
Place in a mixing bowl with butter; toss to coat.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs, milk and sugar until well blended. Combine with noodles.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for about 35 minutes or until puffy and noodles begin to brown at edges.
Cut into squares and serve hot or cold with fruit preserves.
