B.B.Q. Mini Meat Loaves
B.B.Q. Mini Meat Loaves is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 3/4 lb. ground beef, 3/4 lb. ground pork, 1 1/3 c. hickory smoked barbecue sauce and 1/2 c. packaged dry bread crumbs or 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs for a softer textured meat loaf, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg in bowl.
Mix in beef, pork, 2/3 C. barbecue sauce, crumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, and salt.
Shape scant 3/4 C. mixture into 4 x 2 x 1 inch loaf, for total of 6. Place on jelly-roll pan.
Top each loaf with about 2 Tbsp. of remaining barbecue sauce.
Bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes.
Let stand on pan 10 minutes.
Serve immediately or cool completely; refrigerate and serve cold.
