Aunt Susan's Carrot Cake
Aunt Susan'S Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 2 c. unsifted flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix salad oil and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add to mixture the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add carrots, pineapple and pecans.
Blend well. Pour into waxed paper lined pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes for layers or 45 to 50 minutes for loaf.
Makes 3 layers or 10 x 13-inch loaf pan cake.
