Aunt Mable'S Yeast Rolls(Serves 36) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. shortening, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 c. hot water, 2 eggs, well beaten and 2 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add 1 cup of boiling water.
When lukewarm, add beaten eggs and yeast dissolved in 1 cup cold water.
Add flour, then add salt.
Mix well.
Put into a greased bowl in refrigerator to rise.
Cover.
Let dough chill thoroughly, overnight if possible.
Make rolls into desired shape and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Brush with margarine.
Let rise at least 2 hours or until rolls double in bulk.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
