Aunt Eva'S Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. white sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. baking powder and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dry ingredients.
Add margarine, eggs and vanilla to dry ingredients mixture, one ingredient at a time.
Mix in lightly (optional) raisins and coconut.
Use about one heaping tablespoonful for each cookie.
Press flat before baking.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes on ungreased baking sheet.
Makes about 3 dozen large cookies.
