Cream margarine and sugar.
Add egg yolks (reserve egg whites) and mix.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add alternately the flour mixture and the buttermilk.

Bake 1 1/3 hours at 350Β° in 2 greased loaf pans.
