Aunt Betty's Meat Loaf
Aunt Betty'S Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. ground beef, 1 to 2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/4 c. ketchup and 1 small onion, peeled, ends removed and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Transfer mixture to 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Remove from oven and drain excess fat.
