Aunt Betty's Black Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Add cocoa into 2 cups boiling water. Cook on low until slightly thick.
Stir constantly.
Cool for 5 minutes, then add in a large mixing bowl, sugar, vanilla, eggs and oil.
Beat well.
Add flour and baking powder.
Beat well.
Put baking soda in a cup and add 1/2 cup boiling water.
Stir well. Add to batter.
Beat well.
Pour into a well greased and floured cake pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Ice with cream cheese frosting.
