Asparagus with Sauce
Asparagus With Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked cut asparagus, 1 tbsp. salad oil, 1/2 c. finely chopped bacon, 1 c. chicken bouillon and 1 tsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat the salad oil in a skillet.
Add bacon and cook, stirring, until the bacon is golden and crisp.
Add the asparagus; cook until heated through, then slowly add the bouillon and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
While this is cooking, stir the cornstarch into the cold water until it forms a smooth paste, then stir this into the mixture in the skillet and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the sauce is smooth and thick and clear.
