Asparagus Salad
Asparagus Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. white vinegar, 1 1/8 c. sugar, 3 envelopes gelatin and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix sugar, water, vinegar and bring to a boil.
Dissolve gelatin in little more than 1/2 cup cold water and add to boiled mixture which has been removed from cooking.
Pour into 2 quart oblong casserole dish to cool.
Can put in refrigerator, but don't allow to congeal.
